Vibrant

A vibrant, model community is one that is economically self-sufficient, with easy access to quality education, entertainment, health care, and support services. It has spiritually aware citizens and solid leadership.

Model

As a model community, Chapelton will represent the possibility of transformation of other similar communities across Jamaica - poverty to riches, from destitution to progressiveness.

Community

Chapelton will continue to be a community. It is unique in that it has both geographical and social boundaries that make it special; Chapelton is and will always be "one of a kind".
